Ingredients
2 cup Pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
1 English Cucumber
½ tbsp grated ginger
½ lemon
Cold water as needed for the consistency.
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients by washing and cutting them into chunks or slices. Grate the ginger after washing it well.
- Blend the ingredients together in a high speed blender. You could alternatively use a juicer.
- Add in freshly squeezed lime juice.
- Add cold water to adjust the consistency of the juice to your liking.
- Strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer or a cheesecloth.
